Refund policy

Bike Rentals

Contact us if you wish to cancel your reservation.

REFUNDS

If you cancel:

  • on the day of receipt, no cancellation fee will be applied. You will be refunded in full.
  • after day of receipt and up to the scheduled point of delivery of the bicycle, you will be refunded in full minus a cancellation fee of 150AED will apply (to cover our shipping & handling costs).
  • after scheduled delivery, the first month’s rental cannot be refunded – this applies to all Rental Plans. Any completely unused months rental will be refunded subject to a cancellation fee equal to two months’ rent.

We will cancel:

  • if we are not able to contact you to arrange delivery - see Rental Terms & Conditions. We will cancel the order and refund you payment subject to a cancellation administration fee of 150AED.

Refunds will be made back to the original mode of payment used by the customer. Please allow for up to 30 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

RETURNS

Collection of bikes will be arranged within one day of cancellation.

GENERAL

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any faulty or returned bikes if the product has been used or tampered with.


Purchases

REFUNDS

  • anytime between day of receipt and two hours before delivery, no cancellation fee will be applied and you will be refunded in full.
  • two hours before delivery, up to seven days after delivery and the bike is completely unused or tampered with, you will be refunded in full minus a cancellation fee of 150AED (to cover our shipping & handling costs).

We will cancel:

  • if we are not able to contact you to arrange delivery - see Purchase Terms & Conditions. We will cancel the order and refund you payment minus a cancellation fee of 150AED.

Refunds will be made back to the original mode of payment used by the customer. Please allow for up to 30 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

 

GENERAL

Should there be a fault with your product, please contact us and we will endeavour to find a resolution.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any faulty or returned bikes if the product has been used or tampered with.


Provision of Goods & Services

The provision of goods and services by YallaCycle is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, YallaCycle will refund the Customer in full within 30 days.

Refunds are subject to exclusion of SALE items, gift cards and discounts.

Any shipping, handling, fitting and administration costs are non-refundable. 

Eligible refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Payment confirmation

Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the Customer via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

Stock availability

Stocks of all goods are limited. YallaCycle shall take all reasonable efforts to discontinue the offer as soon as stock is no longer available. However, should items still be offered after stocks are sold, YallaCycle shall only be liable to refund monies where it is unable to fulfil orders.

We are unable to guarantee permanent availability of all items at all times. Should a certain style/colour be out of stock, we will advise you and offer advice on alternative styles and colours. Should you want a specific colour, we will advise expected delivery dates.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Site. However, please note that colours may vary.
