Delivery Information

Delivery within Dubai is free. For locations outside of Dubai but within the UAE, a delivery fee will apply depending on the distance. We do not currently deliver outside of the UAE.

Accessories:

Accessories are shipped on the first working day after your order. Delivery typically takes one to three days, though more remote areas may take longer.

Bikes:

We deliver bikes across the UAE. Once you place your order, a member of our team will contact you via phone or WhatsApp to arrange delivery and fitting. We aim to complete delivery within one to three working days.

If we can’t reach you:

We will attempt to contact you via phone or WhatsApp twice on the day of your order, or the next working day if your order is placed out of hours. If there is no response, we will try again the following day. If we are still unable to reach you, we will send an email.

If there is no response to the email within a further two days, your order may be cancelled and refunded, subject to a 150 AED cancellation administration fee.

If you are unable to accommodate the delivery, please let us know at least one hour before the agreed time to avoid a redelivery fee. If no one is available at the agreed location and time, a 30 AED redelivery charge may apply.

Your Experience

We want to ensure a great handover experience for both the customer and the rider, so all deliveries are handled by our in-house team. One of our trained technicians will deliver the bike, complete the fitting, and ensure everything is set up correctly.
